ENFORCED 24 Hour CANCELLATION Policy

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list, miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 & 72 hours in advance by email and or text per your request. We understand how easy it is to forget about an appointment booked in advance. Since services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply per the following policies. (- There are no longer exceptions ie: Covid/Flu)

• Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

•  “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount on a stored credit card.

• Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 5 hours of scheduled appointment or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

• If the same appointment has been rescheduled 3 times we will NOT pre book your next appointment. We ask clients to then call at the beginning of the desired week of services for an appointment. If this 4th appointment too is rescheduled or canceled, the client is responsible for 100% of the scheduled appointment.

• Stylists have the right to refuse services if a client fails to follow policies, at ANY time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

Color Trends policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

If for some reason your stored card doesn't process, you are responsible for the balance due before making future appointments.
